PAYMENTS and PRODUCTION

1)      All payments for samples are 100% Advances , we start processing order AFTER confirmation of receipt of the same.  This is valid for any type of samples.

 2)      All payments for orders are partial amount advances and partial on time of delivery/inspection. We do not have exception for advances , reason being volume of orders we cater throughout year and cash flow we have to maintain.

•  ·         It refers after inspection from authorised inspection agencies for eg. SGS etc.

• ·         It refers after inspection from your own QC office.

• ·         It refers inspection from your own self/company employee  within India. 

•   Advances  for orders upto and below USD 50,000 , would be 50% atleast.

• Advances for orders  higher than USD 50,000 and less than 75,000 would be 40% atleast.

•  Advances for orders above USD 75,000 and upto USD 10,000,0. would be 30% atleast.

3)      We Accept Letter of Credits where invoice value exceeds USD 10,000,0. Advances in the same case would be atleast 30% again dependent on delivery timescales mentioned on LC.

4)      Orders cancellations within one week are acceptable after deduction of commitment charges which are dependent of quality of product and decided during cancellation and cant be committed in advance.

 5)      We offer 100% deductions if any goods are found defective or cant be used due to our mistakes or quality criteria.

 6)       We offer predecided deductions for late deliveries caused due to our own problems. However if  there are any changes in under production styles like sizing , styling , colors etc. we will not be responsible for any lateness caused.  We clearly specify an approximate delivery schedule in advance during placement of an order with us. 

Production Schedule:

 1)      For order quantity upto 1000 Units and assortment of not more than 5 styles in plain colors : 30 days   

2)      For order quantity upto 1000 Units and assortment of not more than 5 styles in prints : 45 days

3)      For order quantity upto 2000 Units in prints or plain colors : 45 Days

4)      For order quantity above 5000 Units in prints or plain colors : 45-60 Days

Note: Please assume a margin of plus/minus 10 days for unforeseen planning routines.
