1) Areations holds the right for reproduction of any product , image , information etc. presented on the website and is a legal owner of the intellectual property

2) Bank Details would be made available on request and we accept payment in all currencies.

3) Areations does not hold any responsibility for delay in delivery , any additional charges incurred at buyers port of destination due to the laws in buyer's country and borders , the buyer must be aware of this before placing an order or making any commitments.

4) Payment for an order would be received part in advance and remainder on completion of order , this would be discussed be made clear during the deal and negotiations.

5) Our Sampling Policy is as under :

1) At Areations , samples of garments and made ups are available free of cost© for serious buyers , however initial shipping and freight has to be paid by the buyer , which is reimbursed once an order is placed with us on approval of samples.

2) Samples are always a priority for us , and are queued up accordingly but their might be some reasons for the delay of samples:

a) Already running production cycle cannot be shifted immediately.
b) Delays caused due to unavoidable circumstances like riots,wars,lockouts etc.
c) Sudden malfunction of machinery/technology.
d) Serious Labour Sickness
e) Multiple sampling is done in case we feel the original can be made better further , in order to provide best product.
f) Unavailability of certain raw materials due to black marketing,unavoidable circumstances at suppliers end.
g) Custom procedures for different countries which are sometime unknown for certain products.
h) Weather conditions (Applicable only for Textiles)

3) Samples are always made to perfect , but we guarantee better product for bulk quantities of the same item.

4) We do not restrict buyers to sell the samples , but we certainly have our products registered under the copyright act , hence getting the production done by some other factory/manufactory is illegal and offensive, we at Areations have implied strict control and policies to keep a check on the same.

5) Samples can be further designed and altered at buyers end and sent back to us for follow up.

6) We do not send the same samples to two or more competitors in the same country , choice of product is on first come first serve basis and if an order is placed we do not supply the same product in that country for a period of 365 days.
